this is one of those moments where it was a privilege to be involved in leading a pilgrimage in this land.
As leaders together, our role is simply to create the space...and God is faithful and turns up and blesses us.
At Yardenit there is a baptismal site where the river Jordan begins it’s journey from the Sea of Galilee to the Dead Sea (so it’s still reasonably clean). Here we had the chance to renew our baptism in a variety of ways - and the Spirit came and moved among us. What a privilege to lead this service in the place where I was myself was baptised 20 years ago...
